Interview, Award, Project

Summer doesn't always mean that things have to remain quiet.

Totally Rad! just published an interview with yours trully on their blog. There you'll find some of the pictures I took in New-York and Chicago. The shots are all edited in Lightroom with the Replichrome I, II and III presets. Check it out!

Viewbug released the list of winners for their Sunflare contest. I am extremely happy that the picture below received the People's Choice Award. Here's what Jessica Drossin says about it:

“I love the low light and endless expanse of this image. It feels lush and well-developed. The flare leads my eye to the structure and creek details and works well as a compositional element.” – Jessica Drossin

You can have a look at all the finalists here.

Also my pictures "Child Forever" has been selected in the final round for their "Emerging from Shadows" contest.

Finally I will be launching a new photography project in September. It will take place in Paris and Fujifilm France is kind enough to support it by lending me all the gear I need to produce it. More about it soon. In the meantime I started to train with the XF10-24mm f/4 in my local church and whilst I'm not 100% happy yet I find the lens to be amazing.
